A very big facility for a food serving restaurant. vast area of seating. easy to locate. On the highway. food I ordered was good. more than 100 people can have seating at a time in the restaurant. many serving agents to cater these people makes it happen. "managerial" level people were too good but "individual duty based" serving people were not upto mark. toilet facility available. an outdoor roofed seating area available. And ambience is good at night. good parking facility but still not enough to handle rush hour. * you have to wait long.

Had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch--friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The ambience was also pleasant, making the overall experience very enjoyable. I tried a few dishes, and each one impressed. The fish fry was fresh, aromatic, and full of flavor. The alfaham was cooked perfectly--succulent, juicy, and seasoned just right. Chapati with ginger chicken was also a standout; the combination worked really well. Portions were generous, and the quality of every dish was excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for great food with great service.

Visited MRA Restaurant, Taliparamba, Kannur. Since it was a weekend, the restaurant was quite rushy. We ordered garlic naan, butter naan, kadai chicken, chicken tawa, mushroom masala, and some juices. The food was good, and overall we had a satisfying experience. This is purely my personal experience.

The variety of dishes they offer is impressive, there's something for everyone. I was particularly pleased with their evening snack options. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired. During the many visits we had there were times when the servers seemed to completely overlook us, even though they passed by our table multiple times to chat with other staff. It was frustrating, especially since we were trying to get their attention for a while. The contrast was clearly visible when we visited their outlet at Pazhayangadi where the employees were way more professional even during rush hour. Overall, MRA Taliparamba has great food and a diverse menu, but they really need to work on their service.
