We went for dinner at Avees Puttu with great expectations, and the food did not disappoint. The puttu and side dishes were freshly prepared, flavorful, and served hot - a real treat for anyone who loves authentic taste. The service was also noteworthy, with staff being attentive and quick to respond, which added to the positive dining experience. However, a few areas could definitely be improved. The washroom area was unhygienic and poorly maintained, which left a dull impression overall. In addition, the lighting inside the restaurant during dinner could have been better, as it felt a bit dim and affected the dining atmosphere. For a place that serves such good food, attention to hygiene and ambience is just as important as taste and service. If management can work on improving cleanliness and enhancing the lighting, Avees Puttu can truly become a standout dining destination that customers would be happy to return to and recommend.

Very slow service. Idiyappam were mico size, kadala curry was very flat with no flavour. Veg stew was decent. Coffee took the most time. You will see waiters running around, so will give them points for that. I think they are very understaffed in the kitchen, also need good cooks

Avees Putt House Restaurant Thiruvalla - An Average Experience Visited Avees Putt House on a Sunday morning and as expected, the restaurant was full of people, which shows its popularity among locals. It's undoubtedly one of the finer dining places I've recently come across in Thiruvalla. I ordered their putt and appam with beef curry, kadala curry, and tea. The food overall was good but not extraordinary -- nothing that really stood out for the price. The beef curry, priced at 250, didn't feel worth it in terms of taste. The tea was quite average too and didn't add much to the experience. The ambience and crowd give the place a lively vibe, but when it comes to the food alone, it felt like a mixed bag for me. It's decent enough for a casual breakfast, but there's room for improvement in taste and value for money.

I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at Avees, Thiruvalla. The place is hyped up, but honestly, it's nowhere near worth the price they charge. The ambience is strictly average -- nothing special or even remotely close to a fine dining restaurant. But when the bill comes, you'd think you just dined at a five-star hotel. We ordered just two veg meals, one fish curry, and half duck roast. The total came to a shocking 1600. For that kind of price, you'd at least expect exceptional food or great service. Sadly, neither was delivered. The food was just okay -- nothing memorable. Certainly not worth the steep bill. If this is their idea of "premium," then it's a joke. There are plenty of better places in and around Thiruvalla that offer far better food at half the price. Final verdict: Overpriced, overrated, and underwhelming. Would not recommend.
