There were lots of flies in the surroundings. Food was tasty and good, but Manthi was limited, and we had to pay for extra rice. The hotel was crowded and the service team was not able to manage the situation.

One of the best family restaurant in the area! The facilities were nice ,restrooms were clean, and the overall experience was seamless. Will definitely prefer steakhouse for family gatherings

Recently visited this steak house with my family. The ambiance was decent and welcoming. We tried the porotta, beef curry, chilli beef, naan, and biryani -- overall, the food was normal, value for money. The place is kids-friendly and has a dedicated family seating area, which is a big plus. Parking is available, and the washrooms were clean and well-maintained. A decent spot for a casual family outing.

I ordered two chicken biryanis from Steak House, Payyanur through Zomato. While the delivery was prompt, I was shocked to find that the pickle provided with the order was visibly spoiled -- with fungal growth clearly seen (photo attached). This is a serious lapse in food hygiene and quality control. Such items should never be served to customers, as it poses a direct health risk. I urge the restaurant to review its storage and food safety practices immediately.
