We ordered food worth over 1000 for just two people, expecting a decent dining experience. Unfortunately, the food was strictly average, nothing memorable in taste or quality. To make things worse, they refused to provide even a small portion of gravy when asked. For the price we paid, basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing. Definitely not worth it.
Average food. Nothing wow about it. Good parking space and kids play area, which really adds value to this place. Tried Neyipathiri, which was decent. But the curries were kind of okay! Chicken popcorn was a disaster. Somehow many of the other restaurants here, under seafood menu only options are Prawns and Ayakoora!
I had lunch with my family while I was returning from kannur. I ordered butter nan and paneer butter masala which was sumptuous. The food was served on time and the service was amazing. The menu offered is quite good and has plenty of vegetarian and non veg options. Best place near the highway to have and enjoy good food. The price is very much reasonable while thinking of the services, food quality and amenities they provide.
Good location and parking facilities.Fairly good service. Ambience is not spectacular but ok for travelers. But food is atrocious. Biriyani was an oily mess. Doesn't do justice to the name. Ghee rice was undercooked. Had ordered erachichoru which was a disaster. There were a lot of flies in the ac section too which was another turn off. Overall better avoid.
Lunch not recommended . Bad attitude. ..., Bad experience again in Pent party Hall Hospitality deserves zero stars. The staff showed no care for the guests and the service was extremely poor, with no discipline at all. Even the welcome drink was not served properly to all attendees. The air conditioning was not working, the dining area was dirty with water spilled on the floor, and there was no proper wash bay. The setup felt cheap, with no proper washbasin or liquid soap provided. Food service was badly managed. Drinking water was not provided for everyone, and there was no one monitoring the rude attitude of the waiters. Shockingly, even the cleaner was serving food in between without changing gloves. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not recommended for any functions.
