Complaint: I ordered a Hyderabad Chicken Biryani, but what I received was the worst biryani ever -- plain white rice with barely any flavor or masala. When I called the restaurant to raise the issue, the person was extremely rude and claimed "this is what Hyderabad Chicken Biryani is." This is completely unacceptable. @Zomato, please review and take action against such restaurants. You're promoting and taking margins from these cheap, low-quality outlets, and at the end of the day, customers like us are the ones suffering.
