Had a great dining experience at The Penta Den, Kazhakoottam! Visited for the first time and really enjoyed their fried chicken and crispy French fries& lime soda too!
Right from the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles. The ambiance was impressive--uniquely themed interiors that truly gave off that cozy "Den" vibe. There's both indoor seating and a comfy outdoor couch area with a nice view of the highway.
The menu is quite varied, offering more than just burgers. You'll find fried chicken, wraps, hot dogs, and rice bowls, all with fun and creative names that stand out.
What really made the visit memorable was the service--friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
If you're in Trivandrum and craving a good burger or comfort food, The Penta Den is definitely worth checking out! Prices are mid-range and the overall experience was well worth it

Stating to be the best burger in Trivandrum?
Tried two to three burgers from there, waiting time was crazy and the burgers were not up to mark and no where near to be the best in the market. Pizza was good KitKat Shake was so good and the other drinks were kindah okayish.
I once ordered from here from swiggy and the fried chicken had more flour than chicken and again burger was mid.
If you wanna try Penta Den, You should go to their karakkonam branch. The experience there was better and the food had both quality and taste.
8 Aug : Ordered from swiggy 4pc Broasted chicken salad and chicken burger Broast and burger was good but I don't know what they meant by chicken salad they're was a full freaking onion which was barely chopped, and it's like 20% chicken 30% other vegetables and 50% ONION ! If you're going there don't even care about the salad !

I visited this restaurant with my parents on Father's Day evening, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences in Neyyattinkara. The place was lively, and we initially sat in the outdoor area. However, the attentive staff soon invited us inside as tables became available, which we appreciated.
We ordered the chicken burger, chicken nuggets, butterscotch milkshake, and chocolate milkshake--all were delicious with excellent quality and generous portions. While there was a slight wait for the food, it was understandable given the freshness of the dishes, and it was definitely worth it.
We also enjoyed the lime juice and mint lemon tea, both equally refreshing. The friendly staff went above and beyond to meet our needs.
The only downside was the roadside parking, which felt a bit insecure. Despite that, I will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant for a top-notch dining experience.

My first time trying a fish burger, and it didn't disappoint! The grilled Basa fish patty, paired with a special green sauce (likely parsley-based), was light yet flavorful. A great option if you want something tasty but not too heavy.
The Harbinger's Myth (340) - 4.5/5
A must-try for beef lovers! This burger had a juicy beef patty, their special jam sauce, bacon chicken slices, pickled beetroot, and cheese. It leaned towards the sweeter side but had a great balance of flavors.
Aioli Chicken Burger (320) - 4.5/5
One of their signature burgers and an absolute must-try! The special marinated chicken patty, combined with chicken bacon and Aioli sauce, was flavorful and satisfying. Quality and quantity were both spot on!

A refreshing watermelon-based mocktail - light, cooling, and the perfect complement to the meal.
Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and explained the dishes well. We even got to share our feedback directly with the owner, Mr. Rahul, who was extremely polite and welcoming.
Overall, if you're in Trivandrum and craving some great burgers, The Penta Den is a fantastic choice! Prices are in the mid-affordable range, and the experience was totally worth it. Can't wait to visit again!
