I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. The staff here were quite rude and unprofessional, which really affected the overall experience. On top of that, a lot of the items listed on the menu were not available, which was very disappointing. It's frustrating when you come in expecting options but end up with very limited choices.I have worked under this management when i was in my college as part time and the service we provided was quite easy and good. And this was really unexpected and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the place could be much better with proper training for the staff and keeping the menu items available as advertised.

It was a good experience. The restaurant had plenty of tables, so seating was not an issue. The food was tasty and met expectations. Overall, it's a nice spot for a quick, satisfying meal. But the price is a bit high.

Really had a disappointing experience at the restaurant that left me with a sour taste. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better dining experience. I would not recommend this to anyone in future.

Disappointed with Quantity Discrepancy - Not Worth the Price We ordered Cheesy Loaded Fries worth 199 from Chickings Muvattupuzha, but were extremely disappointed with the quantity served. Compared to what we usually receive from Chickings Thodupuzha, the portion was significantly less. When we raised the issue, the Muvattupuzha manager insisted that they were giving the "prescribed quantity" and even reported the matter to their regional manager. Shockingly, instead of correcting the discrepancy, Chickings Thodupuzha was instructed to reduce their quantity to match Muvattupuzha's lesser portion. This is extremely unfair to customers who are paying the same amount but getting inconsistent service depending on the outlet. Such actions undermine customer trust and loyalty. A standard item should mean standard quantity and quality--across all branches. We hope Chickings management reconsiders this move and ensures consistent value across all locations. Until then, we are hesitant to reorder.
