Recently visited Chicking in Mattanur on Kannur Road. The restaurant has a large seating area and is easy to reach. The AC felt a bit low for the size of the space, and I noticed some flies. Parking is limited, and the staff seemed unsure about the menu and offers. Overall, the food and experience felt average compared to other Chicking branches.
I had a very bad experience here. I waited for over 1 hour for my order, and only after that the staff came and asked me 'which one is your order?'. Extremely poor service and no proper customer handling. Very disappointed."
The fried chicken was hot and tasty. The mexita burger(mini sub) was tasty but it was sour because the acidic condiments were more in the burger or mini sub I ate today. The offers provided for the fried chicken bucket were the best and it was fresh and tasty. Wanted to try the drinks but it was over and maybe because of a big party before me the floors were not clean and the table had some smudges even if it looked clean.
I ordered because of offer 8 piece @599Rs. Worst food! Very good delivery person but not satisfied with food! 4 piece grilled and 4 piece fried both are not cooked well! Very bad taste. Not recommended to anyone!
