There was a big bug inside prawn biryani which was ordered from swiggy, I felt so disgusted, is this how they deliver these kind of food to college students . I need a proper response from the restaurant

# my overall experience was : not at all recommended easy to locate. on the national highway side. eye catching name boards. good parking space provided. sitting area is okay. * so sorry to say food was . * Had to taste the worst al faham I have ever tried. ( I ate different types of alfahams from different hotels but this was my wrong decision). ( very oily and very bad masala) . And they call it Alfaham pollichath. ( I took out the chicken piece from a pool of oil ) * Kept it halfway and left. * Ambience was not good. * Wash area and bathroom smells really bad. (Very less ventilation may be the reason and was not that clean also )

Terrible service and overpriced food. Avoid at all costs. The staff seemed completely disinterested and took forever to bring even basic items like water. The portions were small, bland, and definitely not worth the high price tag. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing dining experience.
