The rasmalai was equally delightful, soft and perfectly sweetened, making for a satisfying end to the meal. The ambiance is clean and family-friendly, and the staff is courteous and attentive. I had been hearing about Punjab Di Rasoi and finally decided to give it a try. The place feels welcoming as soon as you walk in, with a nice ambience that sets the mood for dining. Food: I tried the Paneer Tikka Biryani. The flavours were okay, but it could have been much better - I found it a little dry and lacking the richness I expected. Ambience: The restaurant has a warm and welcoming vibe. The seating and dining area are pleasant, but the washing area definitely needs improvement to match the overall setup. Staff: The staff were very polite, attentive, and friendly. Their behaviour really added a positive touch to the visit. It is a must visit place for mouth watering North Indian food in Calicut. The roti and naan was very soft, crispy and melting. Even the gravies were top notch. Three Cheers to the chef. We also tried chaats and lassi which were really awesome. I can rate it as the best vegetarian restaurant in Calicut at present.
