We usually visit this shop. Very good ambience and the seats are available to accommodate more than 50 people at a time. Varieties of food items and drinks are there on their menu card and most of them were available when I visited this shop today with my family. We had Pizza, Koththu porota, chicken soup and some drinks, All items were upto the mark

I had a worst experience here today. I ordered fried chicken for my kid, chicken noodles for myself, and two watermelon juices. I made the payment and waited for the food to arrive.After sometime, the lady who took the order same and said there is no watermelon and I need to change it. I said two orange juices then. She went and a few minutes later got the juices served. And after a little later got the fried chicken. It was brown in color, probably due to bad oil being used for cooking. I was still waiting for my chicken noodles. I saw that a few more people had also come, and their orders were being served. In the middle, I asked that lady if I could have noodles as well. She replied that they were being cooked and would be served in a few minutes. I waited over 45 mins and i didn't get my orderd food. So, to cancel it and get a refund, I went to the billing counter. This lady immediately after seeing me said, "We will parcel your noodles, it's being cooked." She didn't apologize for the delay and told it with a high attitude in her face. I said I want a refund. I have been waiting here for over 45 minutes, and I saw the people who came after me also getting food. Then she said, with the same attitude, that I cannot cancel the order because the food is being cooked. Again, with no apology, no politeness, and with a great attitude. I said I do not need that food as I am getting late. If you cannot serve the ordered food in 45 mins, what's the point in me waiting again. If you cannot give me a refund, have that food among yourselves. I then walked away. She still stood there with the same attitude look.

Ordered green apple mojito and momos. Mojito was like disputed cough sirup. And momos , it was dumpling with yesterday's beef roast inside .the worst place in kodungallur to eat food . To the owners : just buy frozen momos and serve it hot that will be much better

We had chicken pizza. Very bad experience. They don't how to make it. Bhayankara pulipp ayrunu. Coffee was good. And it cost near to 500.

Ordered pepper chicken but we had get a curry with full of pepper with High spicy we couldn't eat single piece poor food quality.they didn't even know how to make dishes from their own menu worst food i ever had. Churukathil pranja umbiya food
