Lunch Box Kakkanad

Ordered the Smoked Butter Chicken with Rumali Roti for around 350, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. The portion size was shockingly small -- just four tiny chicken pieces (barely peanut-sized) with a meagre amount of gravy. On top of that Rumali rotis were half cooked. It seems like most of the cost goes into over-the-top, fancy packaging rather than the actual food quality or quantity. Extremely disappointed. Definitely not worth the price, and I won't be ordering from here again.

Worst experience.. I had ordered two items of rajma and chappathi combo for dinner and received rice and rajma.. which wasn't what I needed.. I had spillage issues too .. the box wasn't closed properly and hence the curry was spilled onto the package.. It also seemed to be half eaten because the package wasn't sealed ..and the curry, onion and rice wasn't in a good quantity..I had great expectations since I like Trivandrum branch but this really was a bad one

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a shocking experience with Lunch Box outlet in Thrissur. As a frequent traveler, I've relied on the Rail Resto app for meals during my journeys over the past two years. Unfortunately, my latest order from Lunch Box was appalling. The order arrived on time, and packaging was impressive. However, the food quality was unacceptable. The chicken Mughlai with rice had a minimal portion size, barely enough for a child. The rice was cold, and there was only one small piece of chicken in the gravy. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food (see attached photos). The food was stale and tasteless. Given my previous experiences with unhygienic railway restaurant food, I had expected better from Lunch Box. Sadly, they failed to deliver. I was forced to discard the food and remain hungry throughout my journey. Dear Lunch Box team, I humbly request: if you cannot provide proper, hygienic food, please consider closing your outlet. Don't deceive customers.

Food poisoning twice, never again. Avoid their subsidiaries operating from same location like Big Bowl, Faasos, that pizza place (forgetting the name).

The most pathetic place to buy food. The kitchen is in an unhygienic place. The take years to prepare food that is not even worthy of consumption. I had ordered an Aloo paratha combo through Swiggy. I ordered at 12.30. And even after 1.45 Pm, the food was not delivered. So I went and collected the order from the kitchen. The area where the cloud kitchen is little bit filthy. Behind the kitchen of Donut factory. The packing is good. Other than that the food was disgusting. I have never seen such a thin Aloo paratha in my life. The quantity was also very little. The preparation time they take to prepare foods is unbelievable. If you guys cant handle the orders, switch off the damn app and take the orders which you can give. People dont order food to get it after 2 hours. I am never buying from here again. And also informed all my infopark friends to never buy from here.
