Pathetic delivery service and customer support ! Frequently they deliver after 1 hour or even aftr 1.5 hrs

Please hire more staff or ensure the current staff works efficiently. Charging 40 for delivery within 4 kilometers and taking more than 1.5 hours is ridiculous! On top of that, the delivery boy is giving false excuses!

Worst experience possible, I wouldn't recommend anyone to try this application. If you want to have cold food to be delivered after 2 hours, then you may proceed.

Really satisfied with the service in Kasargod. But not satisfied by service in Kanhagad. Very much delay in delivery and Order acceptance
