Ordered 3 single biryanis, but the rice was undercooked and hard -- definitely not how biryani rice should be. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Also, the person at the billing counter was not friendly at all. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Tried breakfast here. it was not great. Ordered masala dosa and vada, was disappointing. Tried pazham pori, which was great, and hence 3 star, otherwise 2 star.
It was worst experience here we didn't get chance to have food, we were waiting for the food for more then 30min, not even plain dosa we got. Other customers who came after us they were getting there food not us. After 40 -45 min they came and told Kappa and chicken combo got over. And still they were not ready to serve other foods which we have ordered..disappointed experience and worst service
