Tried the 299 Combo - the pieces were perfectly fried, tender, and juicy. Service was good, and the atmosphere was calm and not crowded when I visited. Honestly, a better experience compared to the Chicking outlets inside Ernakulam city

Always go to chicking branch for amazing fast food experience, amazing food , good quality, hygienic, flavour full, crispy & yum!!!! We used to have from this since many years & still our favourite. Good service . Have plenty of parking area. Hygienic toilet & wash area. When talking about least preferred food, I would say it's the roll, tacos & tandoori burger mostly. I don't the roti they used to make the roll, donot prefer the sauce they use for the tacos & tandoori dishes as well. But the broasted chicken which is the main highlight here, they serve & make it really yum!!

Really disappointed!!! This is the third time I've had issues with missing items in my order. Every time I order from Chicking Kothamangalam, something is left out -- and it's really frustrating to face the same mistake again and again. Never had this issue from other branches like Muvattupuzha or anywhere else. Very poor service and no proper checking before handing over orders. Needs serious improvement in staff attention and customer handling.

Very poor service... we ordered roasted chicken biriyani because I couldn't eat most of the items they had on the menu. but they served us fried chicken instead n when we ask to change they said it was out of stock. We tried n it was the worst chicken biriyani ever.Clearly they could have told us at the time of order.
