I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, the staff were not attentive, and the food quality was far below expectations. The dishes lacked freshness and taste, and the overall hygiene of the place was not up to standard. To make things worse, the waiting time was unnecessarily long even though the restaurant was not crowded. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please go for better restaurants in cherthala
I had a very disappointing experience at Pothina Hotel. The manager was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, which completely ruined the visit. The ambience of the place was dull and poorly maintained, nothing like what was expected from a good hotel. The overall environment felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, making it one of the worst experiences I've had. Definitely not recommended.
Paid 222 for chicken biryani through swiggy and got just ONE tiny piece of chicken. Taste was okay, but the quantity is a complete rip-off. Many better hotels in Cherthala -- avoid this place at all costs if ordering through delivery services
