I recently visited Ali Baba and 41 Dishes in Angamaly and tried a couple of items. * Chicken Hawaiian Salad: Honestly, this was disappointing. I was expecting something close to the classic Hawaiian salad taste, but it didn't come anywhere near. The balance of flavors wasn't right and it lacked freshness. * Preserve Honey Al Faham: This was also underwhelming. The chicken was overcooked and turned out quite dry. It didn't have the juicy, tender texture one would expect, and the flavor didn't stand out. Overall, the presentation and service were decent, but the taste of the dishes I tried didn't meet expectations. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of authenticity and execution.
