Visited Aryaas Restaurent with my family as we were looking for veg restaurent near mArari Beach. What we liked: 1. The food is good in taste. We had chane bhature(chole_bhature in North), ghee dosa and chapati_korma bhaaji(like roti_sabji). Very good in taste and perfectly cooked. 2. Price per item is very reasonable, we 3 members got a bill of 380 for 4 dishes and filter cofee What needs improvement 1. Staff is fast in service but do not serve the guests well. They are in hurry to serve and do not pay required attention to guests especially to families 2. The place needs better cleanliness and infra upgrade 3. We were told that only limited items are available as they have taken a large order. This is strange for a famous hotel like Arya's.

I have been to numerous Aryaas restaurants all around Kerala and each boast of a rich and promising standards throughout. But, this particular one stood out among all of them as after many years of search I found the best, crispy, flavourful and absolutely faultless dosa , sambar and chutney here!! Everyone serves different kinds of dosas, but it is very hard to make me eat more than a single serving if it's not up to my standards. And so far no other restaurant in and around Kerala had been able to excel the perfect crispy ghee roasts I had at one of my favourite spots in Aluva ( not divulging the restaurant name here for obvious reasons), but this particular Aryaas has topped off the chart by excelling my fav spots ghee roast by many degrees in texture, taste, quality and quantity!!! And, podi dosa is my absolute queen of dosas and it's hard to come by that in the menu in Kerala and this place has it!!! I had no confusion as to what to order once I spotted podi roast in their menu and God such drool-worthy perfection smothered with that magic of chutney powder!!! And what really sets them apart is, if a place has good dosa, the chutney or the sambar might be mediocre or below, but here the quality of all the chutneys and the sambar was perfect as well. The sambar was of the right consistency with a well balanced texture, flavour and even the vegetables to water ratio was spot on! It wasn't masala water with dal mixed in, but a proper full fledged sambar. And the chutneys were bang on as well. Even the tea had an excellent balance of sweetness and strength. Like I said, nothing was too much, nothing too less. And what more could I ask when the waiter simply placed the extra servings of chutneys on each table to that we don't fall short of that, not that we will with the portions they serve on the plate it self. Anyways, I know where to stop for my breakfast not on my way to ernakulam. And they have a convenient parking facility. And for tourists there is a cultural artefact and souvenir shop attached to the restaurant.

We visited the restaurant, not the hotel. Taste-wise, the food was okay, and the waiting time was also acceptable. The service, however, was average; they served water when we were almost done with our meal and only provided tissues when we specifically asked for them. The washrooms were dirty and not at all clean. While parking is available, the security guard was simply standing around instead of helping to direct cars.

While traveling from Alappuzha Beach to Kochi, we stopped at Hotel Aryaas Vegetarian Restaurant in Valuvanadu--and it turned out to be a hidden gem! We had four meals, one Gobi Manchurian and one masala dosa, and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The rice served was the traditional Kerala matta rice, and the accompanying curries were packed with authentic Kerala flavors. I had initially assumed Aryaas was more of a Tamil Nadu-style restaurant, but this was clearly a Kerala culinary experience at its best. The masala in masala dosa was especially memorable--truly the original and at its finest. Located conveniently right along the highway en route to Cherthala, it's an easy stop for travelers. The service was excellent, and to top it all off, the meals were served on banana leaves--a charming and traditional touch that's becoming rare, even in Kerala-based Tamil Nadu restaurants. Highly recommended if you're passing through the area. Thank you, Aryaas, for a great experience!

I recently visited this hotel and had a generally good experience. The food was tasty, and the service was warm and attentive. However, I did notice that the toilet wasn't clean, which was a bit disappointing. I hope the management takes note and improves the hygiene in that area. Otherwise, a nice place to dine!
