Good location is the best part, just opposite the bus station, the rest is average. It is new hotel and probably the best in Saundatti. It has bar and parking in the basement. There is stink from the toilet and hot water is in the morning only.
Really I'm suprise to see the service by sujata Residency Pravin is very nice person. My kids loved the room. Great service will also prefer our friends and relatives.
I have not taken room just enquired. As on 17 may 2025 non AC room 1600 for 24 hrs. To take a bath and get freshenup 600 rs for 1 hour. This is just for information.
Went on Saturday night. The room was good with a clean bed and the washroom was also neat and clean. Extra mattress available for extra person. The lodge is nearby bus station so easy accessibility within the city. Had to ask for the toiletries. However overall I would say that it is one of the best lodge that is available in the city.
We had a comfortable stay here, rooms are clean.
