Visited Country Inn & Suites for lunch at the Mosaic restaurant and had a delightful experience overall. The ambience was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a relaxed meal. We started with tomato basil soup and chicken manchow soup, both flavorful and comforting, accompanied by garlic bread. The cocktails--pina colada, pomtini, blue-eyed baby, and golden dream--were well-made, though unfortunately served quite late. This delay also affected the flow of our starters--mushroom pepper and chicken uruval--which were delicious but arrived before the drinks. For the main course, the neer dosa with mushroom ghee roast stood out with rich, authentic flavors, and the chicken biryani, while aromatic and satisfying, was a bit on the salty side. Despite the slow service and high prices for the portion sizes, the food quality and ambience make this a spot worth visiting.

Writing the review just after reaching home from the restaurant We visited the restaurant for dinner with family and ordered from the a la carte menu. Unfortunately, the food quality and quantity were quite disappointing for the price charged. * Chicken Manchow Soup: Barely warm, not served hot as expected. * Chicken Lollipop: Looked dull, lacked flavor and freshness, and quantity was very less. * Tiger Prawns (789 per plate): Felt like prawns were just soaked in chili and fried -- no flavor balance or quality expected at that price. * Mutton Rogan Josh: Portion was extremely small. * Chicken Curry: Very bland and tasteless. * Biryani: Only two boneless pieces served -- not worth the price or expectation. We paid around 7,000 and walked out disappointed. The a la carte menu needs serious improvement in both taste and quantity. I would suggest visiting only for the buffet, though I can't comment on that yet.

Food is awesome with an elaborate menu. Seating and ambience is pleasing. We loved the continental starters of bruschetta and cheese garlic bread. The main course was good too. Desserts were limited but pleasing to the taste buds. Washrooms are available. There is ample parking space. It's easily reachable.

The dining experience left much to be desired, as the food fell into the realm of mediocrity. The service, on the other hand, can only be described as passable, lacking any standout qualities. One particular issue arose when it came to the sushi selection, as it took an unreasonable amount of time for the staff to replenish the stock. The appetizers, rather than being readily available at the buffet counter, were inexplicably brought to us by the service, which seemed quite absurd. Moreover, the drink options were disappointingly limited. Instead of being presented with a range of choices, we were left with no alternative but to inquire about what was available. This lack of proactive communication on the part of the staff was certainly not ideal and did not align with the standard expectations for a dining establishment. To compound matters, the managers of the establishment went to great lengths to coerce us into providing positive ratings. This overt pressure to manipulate our feedback left us feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. It is disheartening when management prioritizes artificial acclaim over genuine customer satisfaction. In summary, the overall experience at this restaurant failed to meet even basic expectations. The food was unremarkable, the service left much to be desired, and the handling of certain aspects, such as the sushi and appetizers, was puzzling. The limited drink options and the necessity to inquire about them were an inconvenience. Lastly, the inappropriate behavior of the managers, insisting on favorable ratings, further detracted from our experience. This combination of factors painted a picture of a subpar dining establishment that fell far short of the standards one would hope for.
