Located on a prime, bustling street near IG Circle, this spot is easy to find and ideal for a quick meal stop--especially for travelers heading back to Mysuru. Ambience & Seating- The seating area is tucked away in the basement, but surprisingly well-maintained and comfortable. However, the wash area is a letdown--poorly kept and not up to the same standard as the dining space. Menu & Food Quality The menu is impressively diverse, covering North Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, and fast food options. We tried: - Soup: Perfect for Madikeri's chill and rainy vibe. Rich, hot, and comforting. - Tandoori & Rumali Roti: Fresh and flavorful. - Chicken Majestic (semi-gravy): A standout dish with bold spices and great texture. - chicken biryani Food was served quickly, and both dry and wet chicken starters were excellent. If you're passing through or on a tight schedule, this place works well for a quick, satisfying bite. Service Experience: Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. One staff member displayed inappropriate behavior--ignoring our table, hovering around female tourists, and showing clear attitude when we tried to place an additional order, he responded rudely and slammed the plate onto our table. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and overshadows the otherwise good food. If you're here for the food, it delivers. But be prepared for inconsistent service. Management should seriously address staff behavior to match the quality of their kitchen.

An Absolute Disgrace to Coorg's Hospitality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our visit to this restaurant was single-handedly the worst dining experience of my life, and a complete stain on our otherwise beautiful trip to Coorg. Let's talk about the food, if you can even call it that. We ordered the Butter Chicken, hoping for a classic, comforting dish. What we got was a bowl of bones. I am not exaggerating. It was a graveyard of chicken bones swimming in a watery, flavourless orange sauce. Finding an actual piece of meat was an impossible task. It was a complete and utter rip-off. Hoping something could be salvaged, we looked to the Dal. It was YUK. A thin, watery mess that tasted like nothing. It had the consistency of dishwater and absolutely zero seasoning. It was an insult to lentils everywhere. Even the rice was a total waste - it was clumpy, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. How does a restaurant get rice so wrong? But the absolute worst part of this entire nightmare was the staff. The staff here is ULTRA RUDE. They are arrogant, dismissive, and treat customers like an inconvenience. From the moment we walked in, we were met with sour faces. When we politely pointed out that the Butter Chicken was literally just bones, the waiter just shrugged and walked away. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. Just pure arrogance. They make you feel unwelcome and foolish for spending your money there. Do yourself a massive favour: save your money, your time, and your holiday mood. Go eat anywhere else in Coorg. This place is a trap and a total disaster. We left hungry, angry, and feeling completely cheated. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

The food tasted good, but the chicken kebab had bones, as the waiter mentioned it would. The chicken tikka, on the other hand, was boneless. However, the service was lacking; they simply served the food and then played loud music without paying much attention to the customers. There are better restaurants available, especially those offering homemade food.

We ordered Biriyani and Fried rice I will give 8 out of 10 for biriyani and 0 out of 10 fried rice. And when it comes to service a lot of confusion between the employees and bad management.
