I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your hotel. During my visit, I found the quality of the food to be unsatisfactory. Specifically, the salt content in both the dosa and the accompanying chutney was excessively high, making them quite unpleasant to eat. In addition to the food quality, the service I received was also notably slow, which further detracted from my dining experience. Furthermore, I was surprised to be charged an additional 5 rupees for cold drinks. When I questioned this extra charge, the behavior of the hotel staff towards customers, including myself, was rude and unhelpful. This type of interaction is certainly not what I expect from a reputable establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and investigate these issues. Addressing the food quality, service speed, and the conduct of your staff would greatly improve the experience for future guests

No Dose in the evening even though that's in their name. Very limited menu in the evenings. Tried the Roti and Dal. Taste wise, ok. But they really need to change their old plates.
