Restaurant with good ambience and authentic south Indian food. Good service. We found the found one who serves food genuine and kind. Taste was above average and good scope to improve. Recommended!! Some suggestions, keep menu card handy, add few seating , western commode washroom.
Good food with traditional taste Place really needs revamp to accomodate more customers from new gen Buttermilk is pure , not prepared from curd like other places Bun with kurma is freshly prepared and served Dosa is nice and crispy People visiting for the beach should carry portable carpet like to sit near by and enjoy beach view Boat ride with mangrove, lotus and Kerala view point is amazing and a must have experience , also cost for it is negotiable
5th October 25 experience. We waiting for over 15 minutes at the table and not one waiter attended to us. Three waiters were happily chatting at the serving counter, and despite having seen us, didn't move. Then we asked the manager, who asked the waiters to check on us - no response. We left the restaurant after another 10 minutes when the waiter came to our table and rudely asked what do we want, and seeing how annoyed we were , the manager quickly walked away from the cash counter to the area behind the glass partition to avoid having to hear our dissatisfaction. A manager who is not in control of rouge employees. Never stepping foot at this branch. You just can't teach manners or customer service to some people.
Located in one of the prime locations of honnavara. Usually the place is very crowded all the time. Food taste is good but not clean. We had almost all dishes for breakfast, it has decent taste but not good enough. Parking is good as well. They also have shops in front of them where basic things are available for people.
The food was really too spicy. When we ordered the punjabi thali, they started discriminating saying we make bulk orders and not for a person. And when we ordered 3-4 plates, the pulao rice was so spicy. And when we urged for complain, the behaviour of the waiter was so bad and harsh, it was disheartened. When we complaint the owner, he gave no reaction. Very bad atmosphere, service and food
