Cockroach-Infested Restaurant in Bhatkal After traveling with a group, we stopped in Bhatkal, eager to try the local biryani. We were seated, but our table was swarming with cockroaches. When we pointed this out to our waiter, they moved us to a different area. Despite our hesitation, we decided to take a chance and ordered the biryani and some spicy red chicken. The food was surprisingly good. However, as we were leaving, we saw more cockroaches, this time in the counter where marinated food was stored. We alerted the person at the counter, but they seemed completely unconcerned, simply shrugging it off. This experience left us extremely worried about getting sick. The service was terrible, and the entire restaurant was infested with cockroaches. What was most alarming was how the staff seemed to think this was normal. I am writing this review to warn others so they don't have to go through the same nasty experience.
