The man on the counter and most staff is uncoordinated and kind of zones out. The hygiene is questionable. I got food from there for a couple days. Mostly ordered idlis and omelette and dosas. One morning I went there and gave the order. There was no other customer in the shop. So I told the man at the counter to pack my order while I would get some groceries. Got back 10 minutes later. The order wasn't done - just 2 idilis and double omlette. The two men at th counter ignored me while they took a call. 2-3 minutes later they finished th call. One of the guy asked me frustratingly what I ordered. I told him. He then went inside. Then another staff came out. Asked me to repeat the order. This was the third time I had repeated my order. So I asked the bossman, "Will this take more time, should I come later?" The bossman tells me "We don't work quick, quick(sic)" So I told him to cancel the order and left. If you need to ask 4 times to confirm the order, can't 2 idlis and omlette in over 15 minutes, will respond rudely for delayed bad service, then you shouldn't run a quick service tiffin centre.
