The restaurant boasts a pleasant ambience, making it an enjoyable place to dine. However, the service can be significantly slow, particularly during peak hours, resulting in extended wait times for orders. Additionally, the menu offers limited options, lacking a wide variety of items. I ordered the Turkish fish (tandoori), which was delicious and provided in a generous portion. Unfortunately, the veg biryani did not meet expectations in terms of flavor. Visiting on holidays is regrettable.

We ordered 2 items 1. Tandoor presto chicken. 2. Chicken Dum biryani. 1St item Tandoor presto chicken is too good with rich tandoor flavours, aroma and taste I really liked it... The 2nd one is Chicken Dum biryani this biryani disappointed me a lot The main one is Because of the fishy smell in the chicken piece I don't know why it smelled like fish they might have used fish fried oil for chicken biryani preparation which is not good at all... I am completely disappointed with Biryani... Prices are also a bit high all non veg starters start with 400 Biriyani prices start from 300...

I ordered two soups Mutton Paya Soup and Kali Mirch Coriander Soup. Honestly, both look and tasted exactly the same, with the only difference being a spoon of black pepper and a little coriander, yet there was a price difference of Rs.40. Moreover, Mutton Paya Soup is supposed to be a clear soup, but what was served was far from that. I also ordered Mutton Biryani, which unfortunately was not up to the mark this time. As one of the most premium restaurants in Bellary, with premium pricing, customers expect you to deliver food exactly as claimed in the menu. It is your duty to maintain that standard. People primarily visit for the food, service and ambience come after. Please take this feedback in good faith and ensure your staff is sensitized not to just "sell something" to customers, but to serve quality dishes that match your reputation. Protecting your image is important, and consistency in food is key to customer satisfaction

Found a Worm in Veg Soup! We had a deeply disappointing and shocking experience at Abhiruchi Restaurant last night. we were shocked to find a green worm in the veg soup. The staff's response was casual, showing no concern for food safety. Very disappointing experience. Think twice before eating here. This is not just a bad experience -- it's a health hazard. They are so ruthless and doesn't value on your money, as they tell you to be unapologetic on the situations and treating like we are overcrowded and this happens.
