They are extremely unprofessional. They have stopped supplying food without any prior intimation. They charge advance money from customers but abruptly stop servicing for indefinite period without any intimation whatsoever. Food quality has become extremely poor for the oasg 2 months despite repeated feedback on the same. Very poorly managed.

I had the pleasure of trying the tiffin food service, and I must say it was outstanding. The food was not only delicious but also consistently delivered on time. The variety of dishes and the quality of ingredients used were impressive. It's a convenient and affordable option for those looking for tasty, home-cooked meals delivered to their doorstep. Very irresponsible behaviour of the owner, there is a lack of proper communication between the management and the delivery guys. The owner has a laid back attitude and is unresponsive. They forget to make deliveries, has happened to me thrice in the past week. Due to their carelessness I have been forced to order through online platforms which have set me back by 600-700 Rs. Even when they remember to deliver the food, they have no sense of time. They have once delivered dinner at 5:30 in the evening and you may expect lunch to be delivered anytime between 11:30am to 2 pm. Very bad service.
