The food is good but the Owner is total fraud, never paid him any full payment for a month if you are leaving, he will tell you I will refund the rest amount but he didn't, pay only for the day's you eat,...worst services and experience given by the ower... totally fraud All the negative reviews written are really true...think before paying him.

The food is always made with large amount of bad quality oil which is hazardous to health. Also it's very spicy and is of very poor taste. Food is often not packaged properly, and there are spill-overs of the oil and gravy from inside. This is too unhygienic as well. The delivery personnel are uncivilized, uncultured, they use abusive, and profane languages when requested to deliver the food packages at the consumer's doorsteps. Never recommend such kind of downtrodden services of this business. Please stay away from them as it's a complete wastage of precious time and money. Doesn't deserve even a single star out of five. Should be ZERO star rating for cheap customer services and worst food quality until date. Rest of the reviews with higher ratings might be fabricated from mostly known, fixed users with fake accounts. Hence, be very careful while making any decisions to avail their services. These are all traps which are set-up in the social media, with all sorts of incorrect information to mislead potential consumers.

Very Hygienic and Tasty Food . I love the combination of foods they provide for all the days of the week. Owner Bhaiya is really Very Cooperative . Overall I am really Satisfied by there food and Pricing. Anyone who is looking for mess service, just blindly go with Insta tiffin.

Worst experience I have ever had with any mess in ranchi. They provide tasty food no doubt but only for sometime nd then they make new rule every month to generate their income nd if u say anything to him then they talk very rudely. If they get late to deliver ur food nd u'll complain then they'll say u to tolerate ur hunger. This is how they talk.They had taken advance money from me nd not given me food properley. Last last me toh they start giving food in plastic nd just only three items. I m very disappointed with this kind of service.

Very bad management,careless,money oriented only,worst tiffine system.How can u stop someone service without any communication?& your tiffine box are very old ,rubber sealing is melted giving very bad smell,you are not writing your customer name on tiffine even after notifying it yo u. You have very casual attitude towards your work.
