I had ordered deluxe thali from this restaurant in train that was Madhupur jn. I was waiting for food and last time around 12:15am delivery boy called me and told your food we are not able to delivered because of route and all that so he offer me sattu paratha and aalu paratha I told what ever you have give me after that once train reaches he asked me to come outside then I told him I will not come, you suppose to come here and deliver my food. Next morning I called to the restaurant where I ordered and asked them to refund my money then they agreed, after some time delivery boy called me and start misbehaving and abusing and he is keep on telling me you took orders and telling you didn't get. Please take action against him. Thank you

They are froud..if you order something and you pay huge amount for your meal but they gave you a simple meal and after complain they said that they have to refund all amount... but later they go back on what they said. I mentioned what I ordered and what I got ... I ordered veg maharaja premium thali...and see that what I found

It was very bad experience.I ordered food in train but it was not delivered at that station.I called multiple times but no one picked my call and now when I am calling for the refund still there is not any response.One should not order food from this hotel in train.As they will not deliver food.

No good naan never go to homebytes very terrible no good naan I recently buy it .very much time taken.

It is not value for money over priced if ordering in train.
