Contrary to all the positive reviews mentioned, my experience with this tiffin service has been disappointing. They promise timely meal deliveries, but have often failed to deliver without prior notice, leaving me hungry and scrambling for last-minute food alternatives. Their business ethics are questionable too; after agreeing to a larger quantity for extra payment, the owner hasn't responded to my calls or messages. If there are issues with pricing or delivery, it's only fair for the business to communicate openly rather than leaving customers in the dark. Transparency and honesty are crucial in any business, and unfortunately, this service seems to lack both. Of all the tiffin services I have used in the past few months in Jamshedpur, this one was the most unreliable. Beware of such services with all 5-star reviews, claiming it to be the "best".. raises question on their authenticity. There are better, cheaper options available.
