I stayed at Hotel Trax International and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my airpods in the room and realized it shortly after checking out. I contacted the hotel the same day, but was told that nothing was found. It's hard to believe that something as valuable and easily identifiable as airpods could just vanish without a trace. Either the housekeeping staff didn't properly check the room, or someone chose not to report them. Either way, the hotel showed no real effort to help or take responsibility. I expected better service and integrity. I won't be staying here again -- be very careful with your belongings if you choose to.
Had a decent stay at Trax International Hotel in Jamshedpur for a night. The staff was courteous, and the room was clean. However, I faced some issues - the early check-in price was a bit steep, and the AC cooling could be improved. Despite these, the hotel's amenities and location were convenient. Overall, a fair experience for a short stay.
