TOSS Restro Food Court Bakery

I visited Toss today around 3 p.m, to have lunch; it is situated above Vishal Mega Mart in Ghatshila. I must imply, it was immaculate. We had lunch there. The ambience, staff service and behavior were remarkable. We ordered egg noodles, vegetarian pulao and egg fried rice. The food is opulent and the ambience is very luxurious and grand. We did not have to wait that much; we placed an order and it arrived in between 10-15 minutes. The staff are very kind and they also help you in selecting dishes. I would recommend you to visit this restro-bakery any time you go to Ghatshila. It is an exquisite experience truly unmatched.

Toss Restaurant is situated above the Vishal Mega Mart in Dahigora Ghatsila it's one of the good restaurants available in this area. Toss is located on the third floor of the building. It has two courts, one is a restaurant and the other is a bakery. It serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, with Tandoori items being particularly good. Chicken Zafrani and Kalyani paneer with mushrooms stuff are also recommended. Pizza is also be ordered. One disappointing fish item are not available The chef has excellent culinary skills, and the restaurant is well-maintained and reasonably priced. They offer sitting swings, the staff is friendly, and parking is provided.

The place has an amazing ambience with swings and good music playing in the background. The staff is very polite and fast. Food was good. The only thing is that the chicken pieces were very small. We had chicken monchow soup, veg monchow soup, baby corn, butter tawa roti, butter naan, kadhai chicken, mint mojito, two chocolate ice cream and butter scotch ice cream. Apart from the chicken dish everything else was good. It's a good place to hangout with family and friends.

We came to Toss Restro during a stressful time a family member was admitted to a nearby hospital, and this was the closest place to get food. We reached around 10:22 PM, and though they close at 11 PM, the staff rushed us to order quickly because they were "about to close." So we agreed to pack the food instead of dining in. Guess what? It's 10:43 PM now, and we're still waiting. The staff didn't serve us, didn't offer even a glass of water, and the entire environment was cold, judgmental, and uncomfortable. No empathy, no professionalism just weird stares and bad attitude. In moments of stress, people hope restaurants will at least act with empathy and efficiency but Toss failed terribly. This experience was anything but comforting. TOSS, you've tossed away our respect and trust. Never returning. Never recommending We had heard so many good things about this place but our experience was the complete opposite. Totally horrible.

Ambiance is the only good thing. Too much delay in serving food. For a packaged water bottle they charge more than the MRP. Food is also very overpriced. Note: Don't use their lift it is very risky as there is no redundant power supply source. Generator will take time to start.
