Caramel Multicuisine Restaurant

I was in Dhanbad in December and I was finding a good and a decent place for lunch near Dhanbad Railway station. But I cannot find any, all are the pice hotel and those was not good. After searching for one hour I found Caramel Multicuisine Restaurant, then I checked it well and it was very good compare to the others were showing nearby, but they were little bit way from it. Map is showing it was about one Km away from Dhanbad Railway station almost 12 to 15 minutes to walk. I went there about 2 pm and the restaurant was full empty. And I was shocked after entering I saw that it is not just an ordinary restaurant it is a premium expensive restaurant. When you walk in, it is like one of the luxurious with its dark and woody ambience. At the moment we stepped in, they came to us and show the table for two. Soon the waiter came and ask for regular or mineral water, we choose mineral water and also asked for lunch or drinks. Then he came again and asked to scan the QR code to see the menu and he take the order as soon as possible. We ordered Crispy Fried Paneer, Dal and Sada Chawal. I recommend everyone you must try Crispy Fried Paneer, it is so tasteful and I ate the whole thing. After we ordered they served us the all within few minutes. Now come to the quantity, the quantity is quite heavy for one person even one full bowl of rice and dal is not for one person it is for two people. As I said the restaurant is luxurious, so the price is quite high. The food and the presentation make it worth. And the last the net amount came at last is 1271. And finally at the last but not the list they give us Paans. Of course the paan was so good, it's fantastic. I will go there again if I ever go Dhanbad.

I visited this place with my family members for Dinner on the occasion of my birthday. We're 5 of us, we just went as walk-in without any prior reservation. Although there were no hostess(which is expected from a 4* hotel), someone from the staff member welcomed us. Being a roof top restaurant I was expecting open-air but it was a closed one. Anyway the ambience was cozy reminiscent of any star rated hotel's restaurant. Being a Sunday most of the tables were occupied with fairly large groups and also some small nuclear families. One of the staff member, named Partho approached us and asked to scan the QR code to view the menu which is eco-friendly as well. I was interested in veg selections being the shrawan maas and that too specially Indian. Menu has good collection of veg items and Partho recommended me well about most of the dishes, I was interested in. We settled for one veg kebab platter as starter and in main course, one paneer Tikka butter masala, one mix veg in spinach gravy and some Naan, paratha and kulcha. First the starter arrived with sufficient portion, which included paneer Tikka, veg seekh kebab, bharwan Aloo, mushroom, hara bhara kebab etc. The taste was honestly, lip smacking . Then the main course which were all tasty, specially the Indian breads which were cooked to perfection and not too burnt as many times happen. Raju was the in-charge of service and he did his job quite well, he also arranged for a cake stand at the end of the meal and played the birthday song on the PA System. They also joined in the celebration, well appreciated for the same. In the end they offered Paan which were quite delicious. Overall it was a great experience with amazing food and very attentive service and reasonable damage to the pocket as per person cost will may be around 300-400. One small request, please maintain your washroom more properly. I'll definitely visit this place again, specially to try their non-vegetarian selection. Cheers Team Caramel

The restaurant is located inside Coccoon Business hotel, where we stayed for one night and tried this restaurant for dinner. Trust me, each and every item was extraordinarily amazing. Biryani and Kebabs were beyond expectations. I loved the concept of live food preparation in restaurant via cctv. The cost is slightly on the upper size. Also, the parking is outside the hotel premises, but thankfully they have valets.

One of the premium restaurants, bars, and resto zones in Dhanbad, with nicely crafted interiors, lighting, ambience, and food. Must try Hara bhara kebab from veg and prawn items from non veg platter..even the rooms are priced economically with premium touch

Milan served us today with amazing food. Service was good. He was prompt and dedicated.
