I went to this place by 4:30pm by that time they were not serving any lunch items. Their lunch timing is from 1pm to 3pm . I ordered their Dosa as I was not interested to eat any Chinese. The dosa was average , I had firni after that which was good and above my expectations. Will give a average rating overall

The hype of this place was very high but I must say this is a average place for a true food lover. The atmosphere there was good but the food availability was not as per your will. I reached that place around 3:40 . We decided a meal for lunch but they said the lunch time is over and you may order some other meal. So I took next 5 min to decide what could be best meal to have and we choose to with garlic cheeze and stuff parantha but they said they don't have that. The third time I order exotic Chinese vegetables and veg grilled sandwich. The sandwich was rich in stuffing but was cold. Even in the exotic Chinese vegetable we got paneer lababdar whose taste was below than an average. My experience there was not good. For my side they got 2 star in food and serving, but 4 in atmosphere.

You enter this restaurant from a busy highway and bus stand road and it feels like you have entered a whole new world which is in contrast to from where you have just entered. Awesome ambiance, food and service. It has been more than fifteen years that I have been familiar with this place, it has changed a lot but for all good, nothing bad. They have increased the space, upgraded the furniture and fixtures, washrooms, etc. and of course the price tag but that is what they truly deserve. Being a food lover, a passionate cook (not professional) having travelled a lot to various parts of India and some gulf countries, I can say convincingly that this is the best vegetarian place (in this budget) I have ever been to!

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply affected by the conduct of the manager on duty. Instead of addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy, the manager displayed unnecessary arrogance and dismissiveness. The tone used was condescending, and basic respect for customer feedback seemed completely absent. It was not just disappointing--it was unacceptable for a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. A great business isn't only measured by its popularity or ambiance, but also by the attitude of its leadership. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training in communication and empathy--especially to those in charge.
