Disappointing Experience at HRTC Dhaba - Poor Hygiene and Food Quality I recently had a terrible dining experience at one of HRTC's dhaba stops. The food quality was subpar, and the hygiene standards were alarming. The staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns and were only focused on getting us to pay. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service, which was sadly lacking in this case. I urge HRTC to take a closer look at their food services and make necessary improvements. Until then, I'd advise fellow travelers to think twice before dining at this dhaba.

I saw reviews from other people who has given 1 star. During my visit Here are some points which i observed: What was good: - We ordered Veg Thalis, food was not bad. Taste was good, food was fresh, tandoori roti's served were Hot. - Food prices were also genuine as compared to other roadside Dhabas. Thali starts from 130 which is not bad at all. Other thali we ordered was of Rs 150 which was having Paneer, Raita, Daal, Rice, Chapattis and salad. - Enough parking space was there - Washroom was clean, it looks like newly built, there was no smell. - Inside (AC) and Outside both sitting was there. What could be improved? - Cleanliness could be better - Sitting room can be bit decorated Overall my experience was good

This place is not at all hygienic. Also the prices of all the food items are high as compared to the market. Not recommended at all to anyone. Its better to stay hungry rather than consuming any food products from this place.
