Cafe's ambience was good when it was started but now it's ambience is now turned into a low class restaurant, no regular cleaning, no light music, sitting area is getting worse and dust is everywhere. It is the only good cafe in the city, it need be cleaned and ambience oriented.

Shaina cafe started with good quality but now slowly over the time the quality has been at lowest degraded. Even if you try to provide feedback, the manager wont listen to you. Very disappointed

I ordered a sandwich, 3 shakes, and peri peri fries -- everything was absolutely terrible. The shakes came in cheap plastic cups, the food had no taste, and the overall quality was very poor. On top of that, the staff has no sense or professionalism. They don't pay attention to customers at all and behave like they just don't care. Totally disappointing experience. Please do not visit this place.
