Khambani Food Truck at Gau Seva Dham Hospital
Gau Seva Dham Hospital has launched its very own Khambani Food Truck -- a multi-cuisine, 100% satvik food destination made with pure A2 Desi Cow Ghee! Enjoy Italian, Chinese, Continental & Indian dishes -- all without onion and garlic, yet full of divine taste and purity. Located inside the hospital premises, it's the perfect family picnic spot -- delicious food, open grounds, swings, and friendly animals! Come experience the divine taste of Khambani, where every bite supports Gau Seva.
We visited Khambaani Food and ordered regular Indian dishes. The paneer quality was very good, dal makhni tasted authentic, and the rotis were fresh. Hygiene was well maintained, and we also took away some sweets to enjoy at home.
Areas where improvement would enhance the experience:
1. Consistent availability of all items on the menu.
2. Service can be made a little faster.
3. Hospitality could reflect the signature warmth of Mathura-Vrindavan.
4. Staff communication would be more welcoming if they used either clear Hindi, Braj, or English instead of mixing all.
Overall, a pleasant experience and worth visiting, with scope for refinement.
