The delivery was significantly late, arriving at 1:40 pm instead of the promised 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm window. The daal was of very poor quality, tasting burnt and old. Additionally, the order was missing a spoon, making it hard to eat the food, and no bag was provided, forcing me to carry the uncovered thali from the main gate to the cafeteria.

Better to identify good/ simple dhaba and order from Zomato(100%Delivery) . They do charge delivery fees . Can cancel your order on time while you were hungry and expect delivery to be come . Rudeness and attitude is next level. Not reliable. Lack of manner . Can't deliver on time and cancel if you request them to deliver on time

I ordered a mini tiffin for sample. It contains roti + sabzi + dal. I kid you not, I've never eaten such bland and distasteful food ever. Rotis were nice, but the gheeya kofta sabzi and dal? It was watery af. Plus they charge 8rs./km for delivery after 2km radius. The booking, delivery etc. was okay, but the main thing i.e food, was not. I was fooled by their rating on Google, but I won't recommend it to anybody.

Food and staff behavior is good

The food has been consistently good (customer for over 3 months) in taste and quality. Excellent service ! Also, the team ensures timely delivery and never misses.
