Quick review after a week's usage of this service: Pros - The food is good, packed well and the quantity as well as the pricing is pretty decent Cons - After reading the negative reviews of the food not being delivered, I went for a 4 day trial. Please keep in mind the kitchen is less than a kilometre away from my house. Here's how it went. * First day I reminded them at around 11 and kept messaging and calling till 3 before the owner responded. He then sent me completely cold food, no answers for going MIA. * Second day, I had meetings after meetings and couldn't remind. No food came. * Third day, requested and asked for them to please send the food on time. The only day it arrived, however they asked me to PLEASE REMIND EVERYDAY so the delivery guy doesn't miss my name. * Forth day, had an emergency so had to leave the house and be out. No calls came, no food delivered. Nothing after that. Only got food for 3 days out of the 4 I paid for, and had to request and call and remind for it. Food is great and so is the pricing but the management is very poor. Cannot depend on them for food unless you are willing to be an alarm clock for them everyday. Not worth it.

Using Papa Ki Rasoi From last three months had a great experience , whenever mesg comes from uncle i just see what is special in tomorrow menu love this food which home like food feels like made my mother Great experience never had any problems

Food taste is outstanding first I tried without any reference no doubt very good food.

Not sure about food, but the person itself is rude, no etiquettes. So I avoided this for my requirement.
