I ordered Kadai Paneer, Dal Tadka, and Roti, and the food was absolutely unacceptable. The Kadai Paneer gravy was bland, tasteless and lacked any authentic flavor. The Dal Tadka was even worse--it had no tadka at all, just a plain yellow thick with no taste, no aroma, and no effort. Even the roti was poorly prepared. food was expensive as well. It is shocking that such simple, staple dishes can be ruined to this extent. This reflects not only a lack of culinary skill but also a complete disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. If this is the standard of food being served, it seriously questions the restaurant's commitment to its customers.
