We were using this DTS tiffin service for a couple of months. Soon after, they took advance payment and then terminated delivery by making an excuse. They are neither delivering or giving refund. Now they are not answering my calls. I don't recommend anyone to subscribe.

Food is good, less oil, and less spicy. No complaints about the food but their service are pathetic and have zero courtesy from the owner. You have to daily remind the team about your package otherwise they will forget some items of your package and the owner has zero courtesy to compensate for the missing item. Even after raising the complaints multiple times, they do the same mistake. Order at your own risk. You are paying for a set of items but they will not send the complete items so their packages are fake
I had an amazing experience with DTS while availing their tiffin service. In one line - Their lunch was 10X better than my PG's dinner. Their food is amazing and tastes good. Not oily at all as compared to other tiffin services (you rarely notice oil in their puris). Very balanced in spices. Smooth and prompt communication regarding your orders. The only concern with their service is that sometimes there is spillage issue, they really need to work on that. Once in 8-10 days they will forget to put pickles or saunf or sometimes both in your tiffin, but that didn't concern me too much. At least they provide these things which I have seen nowhere else. Overall, pleasent experience. Highly recommended for people who want something like homemade food.
I have tried a lot of tiffin services in gurgaon sector 31 but DTS tiffin provides one of the best home cooked meals with so much less oil, no spices & such basic reasonable pricing. Really makes me feel that I am eating at home. I took their 30 day plan but have been so happy with their services & on time delivery that now I have extended it to 60 days. I really look forward to their meals everyday.
