Food is really great but would be better if they provide in steel containers instead of plastic ones for regular meal service

I was struggling to find a reliable tiffin service ever since I moved in to Gurugram. Ofcourse you can order from restaurents or dine out. But "Dial a meal" has become a "go to option" whenever I'm missing home cooked food. It is not the same, but it is the "closest". And their meals are provided at reasonable rates, in comparison to some other below standard tiffin services nearby. Definitely try them out, order a meal, if you're living anywhere near them. EDIT: Changing my rating from 5 to 2, because of the issues with their riders (delievery agents), often times, when the rider has any struggles (flat tire etc.) they porter the food, without paying the porter beforehand (when you've already paid for the meal online), you're left with no food delivered, and money wasted, that is quite unconvenient, and keeps happening more than it's tolerable.
