They forget to deliver orders. Since they forget the order, they repurpose previous menu to deliver the order, hence you may get older / stale food if they have forgotten about you. They have to be reminded several times to deliver orders After multiple follow-ups too the order is delayed - while sometimes delays are unavoidable, the problem is that they either forget or do not Care to inform that there would be delays.

I am a using their tiffin service from past two years with no regret .... It's great combo of home made food with good taste and quality in reasonable price. In one sentence it's "Good food from good people". Thanks

It made me very Happy and lucky to have such tasty, hygiene food even in this covid season. And the customer service is just on top of the world, that suits everyone. We ordered food when we got contracted with Covid-19. Must say that the quality of food was really good, they serve fresh food and the best part is, they are cook as per your taste.
