VThe staff here is incredibly unethical and unprofessional. They overpromise and deliver nothing but disappointment. I ordered pizza from this place, expecting it to be delivered hot and fresh. But guess what? It took over an hour to arrive, and it was cold! When I complained, they accepted the mistake and offered to let me order again in future with COD, promising to pay for the pizza. But here's the catch: when I actually placed the order, they denied it because of a new policy that supposedly prevents them from giving out pizzas. They even closed the ticket without providing any written resolution. It's clear that the staff here is unable to stand by their statements and commitments. They're not only unprofessional, but they're also dishonest.

I ordered from this store over 2 hours ago, and the app still claims my order is "baking." Seriously? Are they harvesting the wheat and milking the cow before making my pizza? Tried contacting them-virtual chat doesn't work, no one responds, and the store phone number is "unavailable." Absolutely zero communication, zero professionalism. This is hands down the most pathetic service I've ever experienced from Domino's. If this is how they operate, they don't deserve to be in business. Avoid this outlet at all costs.

Very Disappointed with the Delivery Service I'm extremely disappointed with Domino's delivery service. I placed an order over 1.5 hours ago, and it's still not delivered. There has been no proper update or communication from the store or delivery team. This level of delay is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that promises "30-minute delivery." If there's a genuine delay, customers at least deserve timely updates. Instead, I was left waiting with no idea what's happening with my order. This is not the first time I've faced such an issue with Domino's, and it's really disappointing to see no improvement. Please take customer time and trust more seriously.

I visited the outlet at around 1:05 PM to purchase a Medium Veg Mushroom Tomato Onion Pizza (Order under the name Gourav). The following issues occurred: 1. No Bill Provided Initially - When I placed my order, the cashier did not provide a bill. After 10 minutes, my order was ready, but I still was not given one. Upon requesting, I was handed only an order slip, which is not a valid bill. 2. Unprofessional Behavior - When I insisted on receiving the proper bill, the cashier called other staff members, who began laughing and making fun of my request. I even showed a bill from another restaurant to explain the difference, but my concern was dismissed. 3. Incorrect Bill Issued - Another staff member finally issued a bill, but it showed an "Amount Due" despite my payment being made in full via cash. When I asked why online payment was refused, they simply stated, "We don't accept online." 4. Mockery by Staff - One male staff member mocked me by making a joke about "Dew" (soft drink) when I mentioned the word "due." 5. Bill Correction Only After My Persistence - Eventually, another staff member corrected the due amount in the system and reprinted the correct bill. I strongly believe this may indicate irregular billing practices or a potential scam occurring at this outlet. I request you to review the CCTV footage for the date and time mentioned to verify my claims. As a regular customer of Domino's, I expect professionalism, transparency in billing, and respectful treatment. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I placed an order from Domino's and after waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes, it was still not delivered. There was no update, no call, and no apology from their side. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. If they cannot deliver on time, they should at least inform the customer. I expected better service from Domino's, but this experience was frustrating and a waste of time.
