Good place to have a Gujrati Thali. Loaded with 4 types of sabji, Daal, Kadi, Aam ras, Gulab Jamun, Roti, Puri, Dhokla, Cutlet, Papad, Chutney, Aachaar and Salad. Good authentic Gujrati taste. Service was very fast and the ambience was good. Seating capacity was enough and we did not have to wait. But people came after us seen waiting. The price was decent but could be a little bit lower. Overall good experience
If you love having gujarati food, it's a nice place to opt for. Staff there is very humble and were in gujrati traditional dress. Hotel managers were attentive and were checking if arrangements are proper and food is served timely. Unlimited thali costs around 350/- per person. They also offer tiffin service. A good place to enjoy gujarati food with friends and family.
We ordered the full dish Gujarati thali from Kandar for 700. The meal included 4 sabjis,20 roties, acchar , daal -rice, sweet, farsan include dokla and kachori which were unfortunately overly oily - to the point where half the portions were more oil than actual food. However, the aam ras was quite good, and the kachori was also nicely made.but dhokla was not good in taste Overall, the excessive oil in the sabjis was a major letdown, which overshadowed the better parts of the meal.
Never ever eat in this restaurant. All our family members got sick. I don't know what they are adding in the food. Even if you are still going to eat, check the morning menu as they might give you the morning items in dinner. Suggesting health authority to inspect this restaurant.
