Went to the restaurant at 11:08 and they were mopping the floor. The store is supposed to open at 11am. She told me to wait 10 minutes. I called to put in a to go order, then she told me to come in and make the order. I paid and they said they would deliver to my hotel room. After half an hour of waiting I sent my husband to go pick it up. After ONE HOUR of waiting for our food when we were the first one to put in an order. They finally made our simple order of 4 waffles and 2 chai.. They prioritized the people in the restaurant and made all their orders. I've been going here all week long and they get slower and slower. This was so wrong! Horrible weekend staff. I think I will find somewhere else to go.

Food tasted average, I order a take away of Alfredo Pasta which didn't taste good, Margerita pizza and Onion jalapeno Pizza which were very dry. They have good Cold coffee but even that seems over priced. Burger combo was good.

Taste was unique and delicious. Cant compare with other MNC franchise. No drinking water provided. Waiting time is more if 6-7 customers are there.
