This review is long overdue, but after repeated unpleasant experiences, it's time to put it out here. I had ordered Chicken Patiala on Zomato with a clear instruction for it to be made less spicy. The attached images speak for themselves.the dish was loaded with green chillies and far too spicy. NO lack of chillies in the kitchen for sure. When I called, I was told I could get a full refund if I raised a complaint through Zomato. However, since we had already waited quite some time and were hungry, we chose to eat it as it was, although it was very difficult to do so given that we dont eat spicy. The reason I'm posting this now is that this isn't an isolated incident. It has happened multiple times before my instructions were either ignored or the complete opposite is done. This repeated negligence has completely ruined my eating experience more than once. Either the instructions are not reaching the kitchen, or the chef is DEAF because no attentive professional would prepare a dish this way after receiving such a clear instruction. Whoever is managing should kindly take this seriously because shortcomings such as these from your end results in bad experiences over the dining table. My advice to those who order from here would be that please send an exactly opposite instruction to make sure you get what you really want.

The food I ordered from "The Tiffin Factory," a cloud restaurant in Margao, was pretty nice. Everything arrived on time and in good packaging, and the quantities were substantial. The diversity and inventiveness of their menu were what I found most admirable. Here's a breakdown of the items I tried from my order: 1. Grilled Chicken Box (Grilled Chicken + Boiled Veggies + Herbed Rice) - A 5 on 5 dish. Perfect for a clean-eating day. The chicken was grilled to perfection -- smoky, well-marinated, and lean. The herbed rice was fragrant and fluffy, and the lightly seasoned veggies added a fresh balance. A satisfying yet guilt-free meal. 2. Crispy Chicken - A 5 on 5 dish. Lightly battered, golden-brown, and super crunchy on the outside while staying juicy inside. Perfectly seasoned and not greasy -- ideal for snacking or pairing with one of the rice boxes. 3. Death by Prawns Box (Prawn Thai Curry + Prawn Rice + Prawn Butter Garlic) - I rate this dish a 4.5 on 5. An absolute seafood indulgence! The prawn rice was flavourful on its own, and the buttery garlic prawns were large, juicy and indulgent. The portion was generous and totally worth it. The prawn Thai curry was rich and creamy, but I have had better. 4. Slurply Chicken Box - I rate this dish a 4 on 5. The combination of the chicken gravy and Hakka noodles was quite delicious. Personally, I thought the gravy was a little too salty. Excellent as a stand-alone meal overall. 5. Chicken Lollipop - I rate this dish a 4 on 5. Crispy, well-marinated, and not oily. Served with a flavourful dipping sauce. These make a perfect starter or snack. 6. Chicken Pad Kra Pao Box (Thai Basil Chicken + Herbed Rice + Fried Egg) - I rate this dish a 4 on 5. The chicken with Thai basil was flavourful and fragrant. Once more, I thought the gravy was quite salty. 7. Chicken Green Thai Curry with Steamed Rice - I rate this dish a 4 on 5. The green curry included layers of flavour, including perfectly cooked chicken, lemongrass undertones, and creamy coconut. It went nicely with the steamed rice, which soaked up all the curry flavour, but I've had better. 8. Chole Chawal Box - I rate this dish a 3 on 5. The jeera rice was a wonderful accompaniment to the well-cooked chole (chickpeas). The taste was acceptable, and the portion was filling. There were a lot of whole spices in the recipe that I could taste. If the gravy had some body and the grams were a little mushier, that would be fantastic. However, I think it's a personal choice. 9. Paneer Makhni Box - I rate this dish a 1 on 5. I could not take in more than half a spoon as the first thing I tasted was intense sweetness. This dish was certainly not to my liking. Overall Experience - The food was delivered hot and well-packed in neat and spill-proof boxes. The food is prepared with significant creativity, the portions were substantial, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The first three dishes I mentioned in my review are absolutely ones I would order again.

Excellent food prepared with hygiene, healthy, big portion size and delicious. We ordered a grilled chicken combo box, Egg Xacuti box and a butter paneer box. All 3 dishes were made to perfection with just the right amount of spice. Loved the Xacuti!! Highly recommend this place.

Liked this concept of tiffin box! Delicious and worth recommending to everyone. Some might not be aware, but they have good fancy sitting arrangement on top. Prices are good for the quantity and quality is also great too. But only one complaint would be slow service. Hope to visit here again in future to try out some other items.
