SCAM ALERT!! Please be aware of this scamster Amit. I had started taking his tiffin services for breakfast in October. For this I paid him Rs. 2100 advance. Out of first 9 initial days, he only delivered the breakfast 5 times and that too aloo paratha. He then texted me and requested for Rs. 1000 citing that there's some payment issue with a vendor and he will return the money next morning. I promptly gave him the money without any questions. Next day onwards, he stopped delivering the tiffin and didn't pick up my calls or replied to any messages. It's been 3 months since then. I have lost Rs. 2750 in total and would urge anyone reading this not to give him any money. I came to know about his elaborate scam once I read reviews posted by others.

Guys, beware of this fraudster. He asks for money in advance and doesn't deliver on his promises. I had asked him for a monthly service of lunch and dinner and gave him the advance payment. Just after receiving the fees, he asked me for an additional 1000, claiming he had an emergency and would return it within a day or two. However, he never returned the money. It has been almost 40 days now, and he still hasn't paid it back. Instead, after completing 25 days, he asked me to pay the advance for the next month. To make things worse, even after taking the payment, his service was poor. Within the first 10 days, he took leave 3 times. When you call him late at night to confirm if he will come or not, he remains online but doesn't even answer the calls. In total, he took 11 days of leave in a month despite being paid in full. He is unreliable and cannot be trusted. This is a request to everyone: do not join his mess service, or you will face the same issues I did.

Don't rely on their services. The person is unresponsive, doesn't answer phone calls, and fails to communicate about delivery issues , takes money in advance and then fails to commit with the standards. Till date he isn't picking up our phone calls, fake services.

We tried this tiffin service for breakfast for a week and the delivery time we told was 0600 to 0630hrs. All the days it was delivered by 0645hrs and beyond only despite telling about the specific time requirement. On sat ie 20 Jan 2024 when the food didn't arrive i asked on call why so the guy says i thought today is Saturday and the food can be delayed. This kind of response from a business is not expected. today on Sunday they didn't deliver at the desired time n not even picking up the phone. I tried multiple times n left many messages on WhatsApp from 0830 hrs to 1000hrs but then left calling after that...very unprofessional behaviour... To my surprise they finally messaged at 1220hrs saying some emergency was there so couldn't deliver. So even if its a days service or weeks or months if some issued is there then the business is supposed to tell its customers regarding the issue and everyone will understand. Please avoid tiffin service from mithila Tiffin service if you want timely service as non delivery of meals on time may lead to embarrassment for you. Review is for the timing and promises a business should maintain with their customers whether its a days or weeks or months committment. The reply below by the owner of the business agreed for delivering breakfast and we never forced him to. Can't deliver tell me. We could have searched elsewhere. Yes if you can't deliver then refund what's wrong in it...u r not doing a favour my friend it's business and keep it like that. Moreover timelines are important in any business.

have been with them since the past 2 months, the food is usually pretty decent, and the quantity never disappoints. the cost to performance ratio is very good and apparently other tiffin services are ruining their image, my advice is to try it once.
