Food only looks hygienic from outside but in reality the food is unsafe, unhygienic. Yesterday the Paneer sabzi had a small Cockroach in it. When i reported this serious matter to Mrs. Shikha, showing the pictures of the insect in food, she started shifting the responsibilty on others by saying that the insect would have been in Paneer brick which they purchase ready-made. Whether the Cockroach was in Paneer or in Kuldeep Kitchen, it doesn't matter. The food has come out of Kuldeep kitchen & so the entire responsibilty is of you people. By being so irresponsible, you are risking the health of many people. I am not able to figure out how to reply to what owner has written on my complaint. I can't see the option to reply on that so..further writing here. I got the food at 12:30 pm. I sent the pics to the owner at 2:45 pm . I have proof of all the exact timings in my phone. So, stop telling lies about the timings. In between i had gone to hospital for my own test. The tiffins were packed exactly they were delivered to me by the time i came back. The Cockroach was there in air tight box. In the picture...legs of cockroach can be seen clearly if u zoom the image. You check & clean your kitchen before blaming others. When i reported the matter to u, u didn't even bother to reply & stopped attending my phone calls. After so many hours, u called up & said that your husband wants to see the box & the Cockroach. By that time i had thrown it in dustbin. Still, i said, if u want to check, u can come & see in dustbin. You people are only interested in telling lies, manipulating facts & blaming others rather than accepting your mistake & correcting it so that it doesn't happen in future.
