I have taken food delivery from them for some time. The food is so tasty, hygienic and home like. Their delivery service is also punctual and good. I recommend them to all.

Food taste is homely no doubt and even good taste. But except that everything is more than worst. Management, Delivery, Customisation of order, Communication and much more things are so so poor. I have ordered around 40 tiffin boxes from here, out of which more than 25 tiffins were delivered 1or 2 hours late without any prior intimation. They take advance payment for the meals and assure us to settle the balance amount if we wish to discontinue the service in between. But they never did so with me. They had to refund me 480/- for 4 tiffins which were not delivered. Ravi Ojha, the owner of the tiffin service made a commitment and promised me that he will return 480/- in 2-3 days but now It's more than a month since I am telling them to refund it to my account but they are not doing it. Now it's high time and they have tasted my patience and my cooperation which led me to write my review here and now I will be taking some harsh steps against them. I would strongly suggest everyone to not at all opt this tiffin service as this was my biggest mistake that I did but I had to continue as I had done advance payment.
